Mr. Surendra Gupta:
He is the main Promoter of the Company at 50 years of age and with a degree in Commerce. He is the Chairman and the Managing Director of the Company. He has been in the field of media both Print and Electronic for past 22 years. Needless to say in all these years he has built strong contacts and cordial relations with prominent personalities of the industry. It is this rich experience that he has brought in the Company which has made it stand steadfast at the times of turbulence and emerge out of it successfully.

Ms. Ruchika Gupta:
She is a Director with the Company and holds an MBA (PGDBM) diploma specializing in Marketing. She is responsible for looking after the Marketing Activities as well as general Administrative Department. Her academic background has been of great help to give the Company a strategic direction.

Mr. Tilokchand Kothari:
He is an under Graduate having wide and useful experience in Media, Financial Services and Textile industries. He is on board of other Listed Companies too. His timely and experienced advice with regards to Media and Financial sector is of great help to the Company.

Mr. Mahesh C Shah:
He is an under Graduate having experience in Manufacturing & Trading Business of Textiles. He has got wide experience in Investment, Finance, Real Estate & Construction.

Mr. Hemant Verma:
He has more than 15 years of experience in the field media, both Print and Electronic. In print he has been associated with numerous newspapers and magazines. In the field of Electronic media he has written and directed many Corporate Films, Commercial Ad Films, Plays, Telefilms and Documentaries. His media experience will definitely will be of great help to our Company
